Budge Huskey

With over 35 years of experience building successful real estate companies, Budge Huskey is a recognized leader within the industry in both brokerage and franchising. In January, 2019, he was appointed CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, a leading affiliate in the Sotheby’s International Realty® global network, following a three-year succession plan first announced when he joined the brokerage as president in 2016. Overseeing the operations and growth strategies of the company’s 40+ offices and 1,300 sales associates in Florida and North Carolina, he led the firm in achieving a record-breaking $5.2 billion in total sales volume.

During his tenure, Huskey orchestrated significant growth through mergers and acquisitions. Most recently (September 2020), he expanded the firm’s presence in Central Florida, acquiring four real estate offices and 85 sales associates, solidifying the company’s foothold as the No. 1 luxury brokerage in the region. Huskey took the company virtual through the pandemic — exceeding sales expectations, keeping customers and associates safe, and proudly maintaining full employment of his staff.

Budge believes in giving back to the industry which has afforded him such opportunity, and over the years has served as President of the Orlando Association of REALTORS®, where he was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year, and as a founder of the Mid Florida Regional Multiple Listing System. He has also previously served as a director of the Florida Associations of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and REALTORS® Property Resource.
