Melissa Wick

Melissa Wick has over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, having worked in various roles for different companies. Melissa started as a Membership Coordinator at Lady Fitness and NU Gym in 2005 and later worked as a Customer Service & Retention Manager at Exygon Health Fitness Health Clubs from October 2006 to June 2010. Melissa then became a General Manager Operations at Exygon Health and Fitness Club from June 2010 to May 2018, where they managed daily operations, exceeded club goals, and managed a team of 15 employees. In July 2018, they joined YouFit Gyms as a Field Operations Manager, where they supervised over 20 employees, managed the club's daily operations, trained employees on safety and facility maintenance, and implemented HR policies. Since January 2020, they have been working at Premier Talent Partners, first as a Front Office Manager until August 2020, then as a Talent Success Manager until March 2021, and later as a Recruiter from March 2021 to October 2021.
