Allison Golding

Allison Golding has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and employee well-being. Allison started their career at National Dispatch Center, Inc. as a Manager, overseeing benefits and compensation. In 1998, they joined Premier Inc. as a Sr. Director, responsible for Total Rewards. Eventually, they were promoted to the role of Vice President, Employee Well Being and HR Operations, where they currently serve.

Allison Golding earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Simmons University from 1984 to 1988. In 1986 to 1987, they also studied Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
