Karolyn Stanley

Karolyn Stanley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance services and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Performance Services Business Operations at Premier Inc. since July 2014. Karolyn's previous roles at Premier included Director positions in both HR Business Partnering and Performance Services Business Operations, as well as Manager and Specialist roles in IT Business Operations. Prior to joining Premier, Karolyn held the position of HR Generalist at Hanna Resource Group and worked as Nurse Recruitment Staff Support Associate II at the University of Kentucky. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University. Karolyn also gained early experience as a Graduate Assistant at Appalachian State and an HR Intern at Fayette County Public Schools (KY).
