Katie Parker, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Premier Inc. since March 2016, Katie has also held roles as Contracting Manager and Commercial Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes working at DRA Global as an Executive and Marketing Assistant & Business Development Project Specialist, where responsibilities included assisting executive leadership and managing departmental communications and budget oversight. At UPMC, Katie excelled as a Graduate Medical Education Academic Manager, overseeing resident training and implementing business management upgrades, and as a Patient Relations Representative, advocating for patients' rights and enhancing grievance processes. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
