Margey Bolen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Executive Search and HR Chief of Staff at Premier Inc. since July 2021. With extensive experience at Northbound Executive Search and Search Solution Group in various leadership and client-facing roles, Margey has effectively contributed to recruiting high-performing professionals in the NYC metro region and ensuring client success. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Art History from the University of South Carolina, Margey is pursuing an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from Cornell University's ILR School, further enhancing expertise in the field.
