Peter Aftosmes

Peter Aftosmes has a range of experience in the healthcare industry. Peter worked as the Vice President of Strategic Supplier Engagement at Premier Inc., where they developed relationships with healthcare suppliers and maximized the value of the organization's relationships. Peter also served in various leadership roles at the Federation of American Hospitals, including as Chair of the Capital Sub-Committee and Chair of the Purchased Services Sub-Committee. At GE Healthcare, Peter held several positions, including General Manager of National Accounts, National Account Director, Director of Strategic Accounts, and Account Executive. Peter was responsible for sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and developing and implementing operational and marketing programs. Peter also worked at Amersham Life Science as an Imaging Representative/Imaging Specialist and at SANOFI WINTHROP L.P. as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

Peter Aftosmes holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College, which they obtained in 1997. Peter also has a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration with a minor in French from Ursinus College, earned in 1989. Additionally, they have completed various certification programs, including a Strategic Healthcare Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in 2020, and certifications in Management Development Course and New Manager Development Course from Crotonville Alumni in 2010 and 2004 respectively. Peter also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Crotonville Alumni, completed in 2000. Lastly, Peter Aftosmes obtained a high school diploma from Palmyra Area Senior High School in 1985.
