Roland Mouly is a seasoned professional in asset management and hotel development, currently serving as a Strategic Partner for Asset Management at Première Advisory Group since 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Hospitality Advisors, Roland leads initiatives supporting hotel owners and investors, including managing a large resort in St Martin. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Premier, where Roland focused on expanding business operations across North America and the Caribbean, and Vice President of Asset Management at hotelAVE, overseeing a diverse portfolio in Latin America. Roland co-founded Hospitality Advisors previously, specializing in property acquisition and management services. Roland's extensive career began at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, holding the position of Vice President of Development, and at Renaissance Hotels International, as Director of Development, contributing significantly to regional expansions in the Caribbean, Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. Roland holds an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and a Master’s and DEA in Economics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
