Francine Florence M. is an experienced professional in program coordination and leadership within the humanitarian sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Program Coordinator at Première Urgence Internationale since April 2024, Francine also holds the position of Chapter Leader for the International Association of Coaching® in Mali since January 2022. Previous roles include Educational Consultant at Deakin University, focused on training leadership skills for humanitarian managers, and Cheffe de Mission at COOPI, where responsibilities included program coordination and grant management. Première Urgence Internationale is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious international NGO. Première Urgence Internationale helps civilians who are marginalised or excluded as a result of natural disasters, war and economic collapse.
