IT and Administration

The IT and Administration team at PremierOne Credit Union is responsible for managing and securing the credit union's technological infrastructure, ensuring efficient administrative operations, and maintaining facilities. The CIO & CSO oversees information security strategies and IT services, the Director of Administration & Facilities supervises administrative functions and facility management, and the IT Systems Administrator manages and supports the day-to-day IT system operations and user needs. Together, they ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations to enhance member service and satisfaction.
