Holly Hamm

Holly Hamm has a strong work experience in the healthcare industry. Holly started their career at DaVita as a Patient Account Representative, where they successfully resolved a Medicaid reimbursement issue and reduced total day sales outstanding for assigned facilities. Holly then moved on to become an Assistant Regional Revenue Manager at DaVita, leading a payor-specific Continuous Quality Improvement project and assisting the Regional Revenue Manager in managing accounts receivable staff. Later, Holly became a Revenue Operations Manager at DaVita, where they led a Medicare pilot resulting in a significant reduction in Medicare Day Sales Outstanding and identified and resolved various internal systematic/process issues. Currently, Holly is an Analytics Director at Premise Health - Onsite Health Programs, where they partner with different departments to develop reporting solutions and optimize occupational health reporting.

Holly Hamm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. Holly pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, Marketing at LSU Shreveport from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Business Analysis, Improving Employee Performance, Programming Foundations, Statistics Foundations, and Critical Thinking. Holly also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University.
