Carlos Pelayo

Carlos Pelayo is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Premise since February 2025, previously held the same position at La Haus, a tech platform focused on the digital sale of homes in Mexico and Colombia, from September 2021 to February 2025. Prior to these roles, Carlos spent nearly a decade at Credit Suisse, rising to Director and advising on significant M&A and capital raising transactions across various sectors including tech, infrastructure, and oil & gas. Carlos started a career in finance at HSBC Securities, contributing to corporate bond transactions and credit risk analysis. An MBA graduate from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
