Carmen Liu

Carmen Liu has extensive work experience in the field of product research and strategy. Carmen is currently working at Premise as a Senior Manager Product Researcher and Lead Strategist. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Researcher and Strategist at Premise and as a UX Researcher and Strategist. Carmen also gained experience in service design as a Manager at Rêve Consulting. Carmen has worked as a Contract Associate in Design Strategy and Research at Bridgeable and as a Junior Innovation Designer and Researcher at PCH Berlin-Los Angeles GmbH. Carmen's early work experience includes roles as a Product Development Designer at hettler.tüllmann, Attendant Services at Carleton University, and as a Product Design Intern at Umbra.

Carmen Liu attended Carleton University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design. Prior to that, they studied at McMaster University from 2005 to 2008 and completed a BA in Psychology.
