Santiago Posada Escobar has extensive experience in the field of customer success and client services. Santiago is currently working as the VP of Customer Success LATAM at Premise since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Client Service Director at Meiko from April 2017 until October 2023. Before joining Meiko, Santiago held various roles at The Nielsen Company, including Market Leader Nielsen Mexico from May 2015 to October 2016, and Consultative Account Director from November 2011 to April 2015.

Santiago Posada Escobar completed their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1996 to 2001, earning a degree in Economics. Santiago then pursued further education at the same university, completing a Magister degree in Economics from 2001 to 2002.
