Prior to this role, Kristin worked as an HR Business Partner at Airbus from June 2020 to April 2024 and as a Global HR Business Partner at Continental from October 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included competency management, strategic workforce planning, and job grading. Kristin's professional journey began with internships and diverse roles at Continental and Plastic Omnium, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and training coordination. Educated with a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management from Newcastle University Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Europa-Universität Flensburg, Kristin also completed a Life- and Business Coaching program at CERTYCOACH in early 2024.
