Lucas Kiefer

Lucas Kiefer's work experience includes being the Head of Site Development & Technology at Premium AEROTEC starting in February 2023, previously serving as the Head of Industrial Technology - Augsburg from September 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they were the Research & Technology Manager at Premium AEROTEC from August 2019 to September 2021. Prior to their roles at Premium AEROTEC, they worked as a Group Leader - Flexible Plant Technology at Fraunhofer IGCV from January 2017 to May 2019. Lucas also served as a Research Associate at Fraunhofer-Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Umformtechnik, Projektgruppe RMV from June 2015 to December 2016.

Lucas Kiefer has a strong educational background in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Lucas started their academic journey in 2009 by pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) from the Technical University of Munich. Lucas successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Lucas Kiefer continued their education at the Technical University of Munich and pursued a Master of Science degree in Maschinenbau. Lucas enrolled in the program in 2013 and completed it in 2015.

Lucas Kiefer's passion for learning and furthering their expertise led him to pursue a Doktor (Ph.D.) degree in Maschinenbau at the Technical University of Munich. Lucas began their doctoral studies in 2016 and successfully completed them in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Lucas Kiefer has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. Lucas earned Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt certification from Firebrand Training in February 2019 and Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from the same institution in June 2017. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous improvement and their ability to optimize processes.
