Donald Chiu

Donald Chiu, CPA CMA CIA has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Donald started their career at Impark in 2004, where they worked as an Internal Auditor and later as an Internal Controls Projects Coordinator. In 2007, they joined Premium Brands Holdings Corporation as a Manager, Corporate Audit. Donald then went on to hold various roles at the company, including Director, Corporate Development (M&A) and Treasurer and Finance Director. Throughout their career, Donald Chiu has gained expertise in areas such as finance, treasury, corporate development, and internal audit.

Donald Chiu, CPA CMA CIA has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Resource Economics from The University of British Columbia. Donald also holds the certifications of CPA (CMA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
