Idalia "Lia" Ortiz

Idalia "Lia" Ortiz has a long and varied work experience. Idalia "Lia" began their career in 2013 working as a Sales Associate for Gap Inc. Later that year, they joined A'GACI LLC, where they worked as a Floor Supervisor and Fashion Consultant. In 2014, they became an Assistant Manager and Sales Associate at Body Central. In 2015, they began working at Calvin Klein as an Assistant Manager and Floor Supervisor, where they were responsible for maximizing sales volume, maintaining visual presentation standards, and ensuring customer service was the #1 priority. In 2017, they moved to Nautica, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager Operations while attending Texas State University, where they graduated with a BA in Mass Comm and Minor in English in 2019. In 2020, they joined American Income Life Insurance Company as a Life Insurance Agent, and in 2021 they joined Premium Choice Insurance as a Corporate Sales Trainer and Insurance Agent, where they were responsible for preparing health insurance agents and veterans to use the tools provided by the company to sell health and supplemental insurance, as well as re-training veteran agents and collaborating with other Trainers to create Educational Content.

Idalia "Lia" Ortiz obtained their Associate of Arts - AA in English Language and Literature/Letters from Texas College between 2010 and 2012. Idalia "Lia" then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University from 2013 to 2018. In January 2020, they obtained a General Lines Agent (Life, Accident, Health and HMO) certification from the Texas Department of Insurance.
