Heather Melendez has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. heather currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Premium Credit Bureau (PCB) since October 2022. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at InterContinental Capital Group, Inc. starting in March 2020. Before entering the mortgage industry, they spent 10 years as a Customer Service Manager at Macsports from March 2000 to July 2010.

Heather Melendez attended Bryman College from 1992 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Medical Assisting and Medical Billing. During their time at the college, they focused on studying all aspects of front and back office responsibilities within the medical field.
