Gustavo Castillo

Gustavo Castillo has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Gustavo is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Premium Health Care since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Manager at Cardiovascular Provider Resources - HeartPlace from 2011 to 2023, where they managed IT teams, projects, and troubleshooted various aspects of IT.

Before that, they worked as a Manager at Just Technical Associates from 2003 to 2010. Gustavo also held multiple roles at Childrens Medical Center of Dallas from 2003 to 2010, including Lead and Desktop Technician.

Previously, they worked at Ocotber JTA as a Lead - Advanced Level Deskside Support from 2003 to 2010, where they implemented a new group, managed asset management, and resolved complex desktop computing situations.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Deskside Technician at AIC Systems from 2001 to 2003 and as a Lead Helpdesk Analyst / Computer Operator at Telus Inc from 1999 to 2001.

Gustavo also worked at Mary Kay Inc as a Director Support in 2000 and at Mary Kay International as a Director's Intouch Support from 1999 to 2001.

Their career began as a Software Support Representative at Stream International from 1998 to 1999, where they provided over the phone support to end users for internet connection issues.

Gustavo Castillo's education history begins with their high school education at St Johns Jesuit High, where they studied academics from 1987 to 1991. After completing high school, they pursued further education at Dallas College from 2002 to 2019, where they obtained an AS.SCIENCE degree in Computer Science.

In 2019, Gustavo enrolled at Texas A&M University-Commerce and completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Organizational Leadership in 2021.
