Luke G. Mazzochetti

Luke G. Mazzochetti, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Manning & Napier since June 2012, where responsibilities include leading the Internal Audit department and overseeing the annual audit plan, including SOX controls and compliance programs. In addition, Luke holds a position as Manager of Internal Audit at Premium Mortgage Corporation, starting in December 2018, and also serves on the Board of Directors as Audit Committee Chairperson. Prior experience includes working at PwC from August 2005 to May 2012 as an Assurance Manager, overseeing financial statement audits for various companies. Luke G. Mazzochetti earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College in 2005 after attending McQuaid Jesuit High School from 1997 to 2001.
