Glen Armantrout

Glen Armantrout has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years. Glen started out as a pizza delivery driver for Rotolo's Pizzeria and eventually worked their way up to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all of the company's operations, from HR to marketing to accounting. Glen also worked closely with the CEO to develop the company's vision, mission and growth plan.

In 2017, Armantrout left Rotolo's to become the Market President at Premium Parking. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all of Premium Parking's operations in the New Orleans area. Glen is also responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the company's presence in the city.

Glen Armantrout attended Jesiut High School. Glen then pursued a degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Glen is certified by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) in American Culinary Federation, Food Managment Professional (FMP), and ServSafe.
