Richard Serra

Richard Serra is an accomplished parking and transportation management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Premium Parking since September 2022, Serra previously held the roles of President, CEO, and Partner at Allpro Parking, LLC from April 2000 to November 2022. At Allpro Parking, Serra led a full-service parking management company that catered to diverse sectors, including medical campuses and entertainment venues. Serra began their career as President of Allright Parking, Inc. from October 1975 to March 2000. Academic credentials include an Associate Degree in Science with a focus on Communications/TV-Radio Broadcasting from Grahm Junior College and further studies at the University at Buffalo School of Management.
