Hendrik de Soete

Hendrik De Soete is an industrial project leader at Premium Sound Solutions, where innovative production systems are developed through cross-cultural collaboration and continuous improvement. Previously, Hendrik served as account and project manager at IMEX Sourcing Services, optimizing supply chains for clients with significant annual sales through strategic sourcing from Chinese factories. Hendrik also contributed to KPay Innovation Pvt. Ltd. as a business development professional focusing on affordable solar energy solutions for underserved regions. As founder of Guangzhou Future Education Co. Ltd., Hendrik established a training center overseeing multiple branches and supporting over 100 children. Additional experiences include a role as continental material planner at Volvo Group and internship at Flanders Investment & Trade, along with early career positions in fundraising and sales. Hendrik holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has studied at Sun Yat-sen University and Arteveldehogeschool.
