Xianfeng Hu has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technical leadership. Xianfeng began their career as an Assistant of Business Manager at China National Green Food Corporation from August 1999 to August 2002. Xianfeng then worked as a Java Developer Intern at Prient Information System (Beijing) Co., Ltd from August 2003 to May 2004, where they were involved in the development of centralized marketing platforms and tax projects. Xianfeng later joined Beijing Waveful Technology Co., Ltd as a Software Engineer from July 2004 to July 2005.
Xianfeng then joined Puda Technology Beijing Incorporation as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2007 to May 2008, where they directed the Risk Participation Product Program and oversaw the development and delivery of technical designs. Xianfeng was promoted to Technical Leader, managing a team of 3-5 employees from June 2008 to June 2010. In this role, they collaborated with globally distributed teams to implement supply chain finance solutions for Citibank's Global Trade Finance Group and led projects on the Finshare Supply Chain financing platform.
Xianfeng continued their career at Premium Technology Inc, where they started as a Software Engineer intern from May 2012 to August 2012. Xianfeng developed new booking modules and improved job performance through code refactoring. Xianfeng then joined the company as a Software Engineer from June 2013 onwards, working on the TechcomBank Financial Program and assisting with troubleshooting user problems. Xianfeng also studied and evaluated new technologies for product platform enhancement and implemented new features and enhancements on product demonstration applications.

Xianfeng Hu began their education in 1995 at Wuhan University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. Xianfeng completed this program in 1999. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Xianfeng attended Tsinghua University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
