Balasaheb Morey

Balasaheb Morey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies in the manufacturing industry. Balasaheb currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Premium Transmission Private Limited, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Group Head -SCM at the same company from March 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Premium Transmission Private Limited, Balasaheb worked at ITT Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of SCM from July 2020 to March 2021.

From November 2018 to June 2020, they held the position of Sr GM-SCM at Premium Transmission Private Limited. Balasaheb also briefly served as Sr General Manager-Operation from March 2018 to November 2018 and as General Manager from January 2016 to September 2018. Balasaheb initially joined the company as the Plant Head in September 2014, concluding in December 2015.

Prior to their tenure at Premium Transmission Private Limited, Balasaheb worked at Palfinger Cranes India Ltd as DGM-Materials from October 2012 to April 2014. Balasaheb also served as Sr Manager -Strategic planning & system support at Bonfiglioli Transmission(p) Ltd from September 2010 to October 2012.

Earlier in their career, Balasaheb held the position of Senior Manager-General Planning at AREVA T&D from September 2009 to September 2010. Balasaheb joined Bonfiglioli Transmission(p) Ltd in October 2000 and significantly contributed as SR.Manager-Industrial Logistics. Balasaheb'sresponsibilities included heading the department of Industrial Logistics, which encompassed planning, purchasing, production planning, and warehouse management. Additionally, they gained hands-on experience in implementing SAP (SD, PP, WM, MM) during their tenure, showcasing their proficiency in these areas.

Balasaheb Morey started their career as a Sr Engineer at International Combustion (India) Ltd. in 1994, where they accumulated valuable foundational experience.

From 1991 to 1994, Balasaheb Morey attended Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During this period, they focused on subjects such as Machine Design, Production Planning and Control, and Engineering Drawing.
