Chinmay Jodder

Chinmay Jodder has extensive work experience in the transmission industry. Chinmay started their career as a Senior Engineer Design at New Allenberry Works in 2006, where they specialized in the design and development of special helical and bevel-helical gearboxes. Chinmay then moved on to Premium Energy Transmission Limited as an Assistant Manager (R&D), where they contributed to the development of modular planetary gearboxes. In 2012, they joined New Allenberry Works again, this time as a Manager Design & Development, leading a team of design engineers in the development of modular planetary gearbox series. Currently, Chinmay holds the role of NPD Head at Premium Transmission Private Limited, where they are responsible for strategic management and new product development.

Chinmay Jodder completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University between 2000 and 2004. Chinmay then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Production Engineering from the same university from 2004 to 2006.
