Toby Unwin has a long and varied work history. Toby began their career in 1997 as a Headhunter for Harvey Nash. In 1998, they founded NetSearch Limited, one of the few profitable Internet companies in Europe, providing Internet based head-hunting services. Toby also worked as an Internet strategy consultant for a United Nations affiliate in 1998 and as a Director for Element Limited in the same year. In 2006, they were appointed Honorary Consul in Orlando for The Republic of Austria and awarded The Grand Decoration of Honor in Gold by The President of Austria. In 2007, they became Chairman of the Municipal Guarantee Fund, a Contingent Capital group, and also became Chancellor of the Consular Corps College, the United States association of Consuls and Honorary consuls. In 2014, Toby Unwin became Chief Innovation Officer for Premonition Analytics, where they built the World's largest litigation database from scratch in under 2 years and authored 3 software patents (14 in total).
