Shawna Knudsen

Shawna Knudsen is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience across various roles in education and customer relations. Currently serving as Partner Relations Manager and Guide at Prenda since January 2020, Shawna excels in managing partnerships and enhancing client engagement. Previous experience includes assisting the General Manager at CHOOSE THE RIGHT COOKWARE, where responsibilities involved customer service and appointment scheduling, and coordinating cooking shows and events at Quality Health Systems. Shawna began a career in education as an Elementary General Music Teacher with Gilbert Public Schools, where effective lesson delivery and student management were key focuses. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University and an Associate of Arts in Music from Eastern Arizona College.
