Joel Neoh

Joel Neoh is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the tech and consumer health sectors. Since June 2023, Joel has served as Founding Partner at First Move. As Managing Director at Prenetics since November 2014, Joel has contributed significantly to consumer health innovations. Joel's mentorship role at Endeavor, active since April 2014, helps nurture high-impact entrepreneurs globally. Additionally, Joel is a Limited Partner at Better Bite Ventures, a Senior Industry Fellow at Sunway University, and previously held board membership at the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia. Notable past ventures include founding Fave, a leading fintech platform in Southeast Asia, and co-founding Rev Asia, the largest digital media group in Malaysia. Joel's career also includes a series of leadership roles at Groupon across the Asia Pacific region. Joel holds an PLD18 from Harvard Business School, an EMBA from Tsinghua University, a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University, and completed South Australian Matriculation at Taylor's College.
