Shari Kruzinski

EVP & Chief Consumer Banking Officer at WSFS Bank

Shari Kruzinski is Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at WSFS Bank. Her career spans more than 30 years in the banking industry, including 31 years with WSFS.

In her current position, Ms. Kruzinski leads the Bank’s Customer division including Customer Experience and enterprise-wide Customer initiatives. She also oversees the Bank’s retail offices, contact center, and retail operations. As a seasoned people manager and expert in talent development, she also oversees WSFS’ Regional Managers who run the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s six retail markets in the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware region.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Kruzinski was Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Delivery. Previously, she was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of WSFS Bank’s Southeastern Pennsylvania market. Her primary responsibilities included heading the Bank’s retail operations, and consumer and small business banking in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. As a senior executive helping to lead the market with the strongest growth opportunities for WSFS, Ms. Kruzinski played a key role in developing Customer acquisition and retention strategies; Associate hiring and retention; corporate strategy formulation and execution; new market identification and expansion; and Bank-wide cross-functional leadership development.

Ms. Kruzinski began her career at WSFS as a floating teller in 1989. She went on to lead WSFS’ efforts to open in-store branches within supermarkets and then as a retail leader overseeing the Bank’s Southern Delaware market penetration. When WSFS expanded into Southeastern Pennsylvania, her extensive banking experience made her the most qualified executive to manage the Bank’s retail operations overseeing 23 branches. She also took the lead in defining and rolling out a retail-wide sales management process in 2016.

As a working mother of four, she has a deep commitment to fellow mothers and their children and devotes her talents to the March of Dimes, where she presently serves on the Greater Philadelphia Market Board and in the organization’s executive leadership team.

Ms. Kruzinski was named 2018 Female Business Leader of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. In 2020, she was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal and honored with the Women of Distinction award. Ms. Kruzinski attended Wilmington University and is a graduate of ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She calls Kennett Square, Pa., home where she and her husband are raising their family.
