Bill Misconish, CPA (inactive) has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Bill began their career in 1992 as a Staff Auditor at KPMG US. Bill then moved to Daewoo Equipment Corporation as an Accounting Supervisor in 1994. In 1999, they became the Corporate Controller at American Handling, Inc. In 2000, they joined Associated Materials as a Division Controller, and in 2006 they were promoted to Assistant Corporate Controller at Hilite International. In 2011, they moved to OnX USA LLC as Controller, and in 2013 they became VP of Finance at K.P. McNamara Co. Inc. In 2014, they joined Ganeden Biotech as Chief Financial Officer, and in 2018 they were appointed President & CFO at Prenex. During their time at Ganeden Biotech, they helped shepherd the company's growth (5 year CAGR of 44%) that led to a successful exit in which the company was sold for 10x revenue and 27x EBITDA. Bill also managed investor relations for over 350+ shareholders and 12 subordinated noteholders, and refinanced the company's debt twice.
