E. Brian Foster

E. Brian Foster has held a variety of executive roles in the food industry over the past decade. In 2020, they were recruited to join Prenexus Health as the Chief Operating Officer, leading a team of 20 and managing a $25M annual budget. During their time there, they were responsible for the development of the first product the company began manufacturing within 3 months of their joining the team, as well as establishing operational metrics and KPIs which have led to dramatic conversion and yield improvements.

Before joining Prenexus Health, Foster was the Chief Executive Officer - CA Operations at Silver Bay Seafoods, LLC from 2018-2020. E. Brian was responsible for a team of 200, with 3 direct reports, for harvesting and processing wild Pelagic species, and held P&L responsibility for a $100M revenue stream. During their time there, they expanded operations with the construction of a new facility in northern California, leading all engineering, equipment selection, and installation. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Manufacturing Officer, where they were an internal consultant for the organization to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in seasonally operated Alaskan seafood processing facilities.

Before Silver Bay Seafoods, Foster was the Senior Vice President - Operations at Inventure Foods, Inc. from 2010-2018. E. Brian was responsible for a team of 700, with 8 direct reports, responsible for operations of 7 manufacturing facilities, 6 owned or leased distribution centers, customer service, logistics, and quality assurance, and food safety. During their time there, they led a manufacturing operations change program allowing the company to become the category leader in “better for you” snack foods.

E. Brian Foster has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Grand Canyon University in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science - MS from Clemson University in Industrial Management, and a Bachelor of Science - BS from Clemson University in Industrial Management.
