Jennifer LaCombe

Jennifer LaCombe has worked as a Dynamics CRM Consultant at PrenticeWorx since December 2021. Previously, they worked at MBO Latam from November 2014 to December 2021, where they were responsible for driving the digital transformation of a university student through CRM customization, requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, and training. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Citi from November 2012 to May 2014, where they designed integration with the global entitlement management application and managed new application enhancement requests. From an earlier period, Jennifer worked at Innodata Inc. as a Consultant from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they collaborated on the design, implementation, and maintenance of XML-based solutions for large-scale content publishers, worked with offshore development staff in India, and managed a team of 20 offshore programmers for stylesheet development.

Jennifer LaCombe attended the University of North Texas from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Information System with a field of study in Information Technology. In addition, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications in July 2015 and the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate certification from Microsoft in September 2022.
