Cullen McGowan

Cullen McGowan currently serves as the Managing Director at Prep Baseball Report since November 2019, following a progressive career in baseball operations and analytics at TrackMan, where Cullen held multiple roles from 2016 to 2019, culminating as Manager of Baseball Operations. Cullen's expertise includes the development of predictive models for batted ball values and experience as an Associate Scout for the Chicago Cubs and Brewster Whitecaps. Previous roles involved analytical work for MLB salary arbitration at SSG Baseball and writing for Baseball Prospectus. Cullen holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Arizona.
