Chad Hartvigson has extensive work experience in various industries. Chad is the Founder & CEO of Prep Sportswear, a consumer brand manufacturer and e-commerce leader in the sportswear and merchandise markets. Chad pioneered the direct to consumer model and established a wide-ranging tech capabilities and agile supply chain. Chad is also the Co-Founder of Vintage Brand, a digital sports apparel and merchandise brand that celebrates the history of American sporting culture. Chad introduced the first college athlete brand merchandising marketplace. In addition, they are the Founder & Partner of Rainier Financial Group, an independent financial advisory firm that was acquired by Beacon Pointe Advisors. Chad co-founded FanFund.org, a free digital fundraising platform, and was a professional baseball player for the Colorado Rockies, Texas Rangers, and San Francisco Giants.

Chad Hartvigson received their education from the University of Notre Dame from 1989 to 1991, where they focused on the Mendoza School of Business. Chad then attended the University of Washington from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Business Economics.
