Ogemdi Ike

Ogemdi Ike is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, sales, and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PPLSI, Ogemdi brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles at T-Mobile, where positions held included Vice President of Business Sales Operations and Vice President of Consumer Loyalty & Engagement. Ogemdi also held the title of Vice President of Customer Experience and Contact Center Operations at Experian, along with serving as Senior Director of Customer Retention and Director of Customer Retention at T-Mobile. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Ogemdi holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
