Nik Crossman

Nik Crossman currently serves as the Head of Finance at Prepared, having joined the company in October 2024. Previously, Nik held several prominent finance roles, including Sr. Director of Finance & BizOps at Rockbot, where strategic initiatives were driven through data-informed decisions. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Finance at NerdWallet, Director of Finance and Operations at Groopt, and various positions in financial planning and analysis across companies such as QTC and WebGreek. Key achievements include implementing company-wide initiatives like OKRs and customizing ERP systems. Nik's educational background features dual master’s degrees in Financial Engineering and Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management, as well as a quantitative finance degree from the University of St. Gallen, complemented by undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Managerial Studies from the University of Redlands and certification as a 200-HR Yoga Teacher.
