Anthony Habgood

Chairman at Preqin

Sir Anthony Habgood joined Preqin as Chairman in November 2011. He is also Chairman of RELX plc and Deputy Chairman of RG Carter Holdings Limited.

He was previously Chairman of the Court of Directors of the Bank of England, Whitbread plc, Bunzl plc and Mölnlycke Healthcare Limited, and served as Chief Executive of Bunzl plc, Chief Executive of Tootal Group plc and a director of The Boston Consulting Group lnc. He was also a non-executive director of Geest plc, Marks and Spencer plc, National Westminster Bank plc, Powergen plc, and SVG Capital plc.

Anthony holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a visiting Fellow at Oxford University.
