Matvey Kortsev

Matvey Kortsev is a highly skilled data engineer with extensive experience in deploying and managing data engineering solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Prequel Inc. since August 2022, Kortsev successfully deployed Airflow 2.5 on Amazon EKS with Kubernetes Executor. Previously, at Innotech, an advanced recursive parsing algorithm was developed for unstructured XML files and automated data loading using Airflow and PySpark. During tenure at UCHi.RU, migration to Kubernetes environments was accomplished, enhancing the architecture of Spark and Airflow. At STM Labs, data consistency issues in a 150TB MongoDB were resolved, and routine process automation was implemented, which significantly improved incident resolution times. Matvey holds a Bachelor's degree in Fundamental Computer Science and Information Technology from Samara State Aerospace University.
