Lauren Flynn is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with extensive experience in the field of occupational therapy and workforce development. Since October 2019, Lauren has worked at Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, previously serving in a similar role at Functional Pathways from April 2017 to September 2019. Lauren's career also includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at South Carolina Schools and a Workforce Consultant at Lexington Workforce Center, where responsibilities included counseling participants under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and providing case management and training services. Lauren held positions focused on special projects and job development at Midlands Workforce Development Board and South Carolina Employment Security Commission, respectively. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Greenville Technical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/English from the University of South Carolina.
