Tracey Catanzaro

Tracey Catanzaro has over 20 years of experience in the field of IT. Tracey is currently working as the Director of IT at Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina. Prior to this, they served as the IT Client Program Director at The Asbury Group Integrated Technologies. Tracey has also held the position of Technology Services Director at Seibels and IS Director at Connecticut Hospital Association. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IS Manager at Dianon Systems.

Tracey Catanzaro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Bentley College in 1992. Tracey also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Bentley University during the same period.

In 1994, Tracey pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Hartford.

In terms of additional certifications, Tracey obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Customer Service Foundations" in September 2020, "Boosting Your Team's Productivity" and "Managing for Results" in August 2020, "Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Creating an Alliance with Employees" in June 2020, and "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team" in October 2019.
