Charles Rippberger

Charles Rippberger serves as the Regional Human Resource Director at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since August 2016, leading a team of 14 HR professionals and overseeing strategic HR functions across six regional hospitals in New Mexico. Prior to this role, Charles worked at Intel Corporation from May 1996 to June 2016, where contributions included serving as an HR Legal Professional, focusing on employee relations investigations and litigation support, as well as in Human Resources/Organization Development, providing services to over 900 global employees. Charles began the career at Intel as a Manufacturing Supervisor, managing resources effectively. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of New Mexico, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
