Kerry Sarder

Kerry Sarder currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Generac Power Systems as Vice President of Talent, Learning & Community, where a center of excellence for talent and learning was established, and at Anthem, Inc. as Vice President of Global Organizational Design & Effectiveness, supporting a workforce of 90,000. Sarder spent nearly three decades at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in various leadership positions, including Director of Corporate Strategy & Chief of Staff, overseeing business transformation and strategic planning efforts. An educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies & Chinese Language from The Ohio State University and an exchange program in Asian Studies & Mandarin at Beijing International Studies University.
