Kshama Shanbhag

Kshama Shanbhag is an experienced professional in the field of automation and quality assurance, currently serving as a Manager for RPA at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since June 2013. Kshama's roles have included RPA Engineer and Automation Engineer, focusing on process automation solutions utilizing UiPath and its various features. Prior to this, Kshama worked as a Senior Test Engineer, developing test plans and scripts, and as an IS Quality Analyst on the Centennial Care Project to ensure effective system testing. Kshama's earlier experience includes roles as a QA Analyst at Vizual Business Tools and a Software Engineer at Melstar, where responsibilities included system understanding and test script preparation. Kshama holds a BE in Electronics Engineering from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
