Mandy Guest

Mandy Guest is the Director of Volunteer Services at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Mandy has previously held the position of Director of Volunteer Services and Gift Shops at Houston Methodist from February 2007 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were an intern at the Houston Astros in January 2006 and then a Community Relations Coordinator at KBR, Inc. from September 2001 to August 2004.

Mandy Guest has a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Lamar University. Mandy also has certification from the American Hospital Association in Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS), Birkman in Birkman Certification, Prosci in Change Management, and ICBB - Institut de Communication du Barreau de Bruxelles in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB).
