Melanie Mozes currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, overseeing communications, marketing, and government relations for New Mexico’s largest not-for-profit health system since May 2017. Previously, Melanie held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Government Relations, and Director of Communications at one of the nation's largest provider-owned health plans, where strategic internal and external communications were a focus during ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and product launches. Prior experience includes roles at Optum, where responsibilities expanded across 14 states, and Community Health Systems, where integrated marketing communications plans were developed to enhance service awareness. Early career experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Esparza Advertising, maintaining a high client retention rate. Educational qualifications include a BA in Advertising & French from The University of New Mexico and a BA in Communication Studies: Public Relations from Evangel University.
