Eric Schmitt

Eric Schmitt is a results-oriented construction and development professional with significant experience in project management, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Presbyterian Homes since March 2021. With a track record of successfully completing over 68 custom-built homes projects, Eric has previously held project management roles at Morgan / Harbour Construction LLC, 41 North Contractors, Tolan Construction Company, and Oakley Home Builders. In addition to construction management, Eric has a background in marketing and corporate communications, having worked as a Marketing Consultant and in marketing and sales at Keith Mooney & Associates. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Certificate from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Broadcasting from Columbia College Chicago.
