Chico Manning has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chico began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served in various positions including Battalion Supply and Logistics Officer, Company Commander, and Aide-de-Camp. During their time in the military, Chico received several commendations and awards for their outstanding performance. After leaving the Marine Corps, they joined PepsiCo and held various roles in supply chain strategy, optimization, and operations management for Frito Lay North America. Chico was responsible for overseeing logistics support and operational efficiency, achieving significant improvements and cost savings. Chico joined PIH Health as the System Vice President of Supply Chain, where they led the development and execution of supply chain management strategies to support the organization's mission and goals. With their extensive experience and expertise in supply chain management, Chico has proven to be a valuable asset to the companies they have worked for.

Chico Manning has an extensive education history. Chico obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1994 and then completed the United States Marine Corps Supply and Logistics Officers Course, earning a certification in Supply and Logistics in the same year. In 2021, Chico Manning completed an Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA) program at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Chico also holds additional certifications, including a Certified Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) obtained from Accenture in 2021 and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) obtained from PepsiCo in 2010.
