Christy McNease

Christy McNease has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Christy has held various roles at different organizations throughout their career. Currently, they are the System Director of Employee Health at PIH Health since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Employee Health at Good Samaritan Hospital, Los Angeles from June 2019 to April 2020. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Kindred Healthcare, where they served as the Chief Clinical Officer from August 2012 to June 2019 and as a Nurse Manager from August 2011 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center as the Director Of Patient Care Services from December 2008 to December 2011, as an Assistant Nurse Manager in the ED from December 2006 to December 2008, as a Wound Care Coordinator from December 2004 to December 2006, and as a Critical Care Registered Nurse from December 1999 to December 2004. Christy also worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center from December 1999 to December 2003.

Christy McNease holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix. Christy also completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nursing Science from the same university. Additionally, Christy has obtained certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) in 2023. Christy also holds certifications as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP), Public Health Nurse, and Wound Care Certified (WCC).
